Noble Throne, brain-child of MC/producer/graffer Sire, is a media label that has been designed to bring artists together. Designed for people who believe in team work and understand crew mentality, the founder and director will be looking to recruit producers, MCs, singers, artists, photographers, or other people who would like to contribute. Sire is a producer, MC, graph artist and stallwart of the UK Hip Hop scene. Based in Derby , Sire has carved out his own niche in a market drowning in mediocrity and copycat rhyming. Genuine, honest and hard, Sire is an MC that, upon first listening, oozes in decades of hard work and skills.

Earlier this year, on the crest of the britcore revival, Sire released the beginning of a brand new project in 2 parts. Rise and Fall. EP number 1, 'Rise' went down a storm in the underground scene, and quickly sold out of physical copies. After the success and admiration it recieved, 4 of the UK's finest producers took on the task of remixing the tracks. And so 'Rise Of Four Kings' was born.

The first section of this special release, is taken on by DJ Tones with his notorious sound. The track starts with ferocious fingers scratching a hole in your ear drum. The head-nodding beat then takes us through Sire's passion for all things hip hop, until later, when the mix speeds into britcore and wraps up our first installment with respectable ease. Mix 2 by DJ Phurty begins with a recognisable and old school hip hop bounce. Be warned: toes will tap enough to wear holes in your carpet. Jazzy horns take us through to a change down in tempo, while the jazz fluidly flows throughout. Part 3 hands the reins to Jabbathakut. Kicking off with a wonderful sample, and then flowing through Rise with passion, and a capital 'F' for funk! And then last but by no means least, the whole project begins to wrap up, at the hands of the mighty DJ Cutloose. More lushous changes scattered with savvy samples and Sire's faultless rhymes. This is back-of-the-hand territory for these producers. Bringing the different forms of Rise into one complete, flowing, funky and flawlessly fresh release. Quite simply, UK hip hop to a 'T'.
