Hailing from the South-West; Datkid is a member of the notorious hip hop collective known as Split Prophets. Datkid produces nothing but home grown aggy boom bap hip hop and has the skill down to a T and if you have heard any of his tracks or seen the cipher sessions he's been involved in you'll know he's one to look out for. Not long ago Datkid released his solo venture titled 'Home By 8' which features a total of 10 dope tracks, the album also features many of the Split Prophets crew and is without a doubt a solid release.
