Bringing you something very different today, introducing Emcee Offbeat reigning in from the Southwest hip hop capital, Bristol. Offbeat recently finished working on his free EP titled Peoplewatching, featuring a total of 4 tracks and consisting of some uniquely crafted homegrown hip hop.
