Problem Child Confessions Of A Normal Human Being Review

Problem Child is one of the most unique crews lighting up some of the most experimental beats your ears will ever be blessed with, on top of that their flows are on some extraterrestrial tip and their rhymes are as potent as can be! Problem Child consists of three emcees (Dabbla, Dubbledge, Illaman) and one producer who goes by the alias of Sumgii, together they create deadly sounds, reinvent the meaning of chemistry and bounce off each other with complete ease. In the last year they've been busy in the lab cooking up their next album 'Confessions Of A Normal Being' which dropped on the 28th of July featuring a total of 15 homegrown tracks, we're gonna review this badman of an album!

No skits or intro Problem Child delve right into what they're about with track one titled Energy, the beat is on some mechanical tip giving off nothing but greasy vibes! Sumgii has created a great opening beat and a flawless platform for these emcees to get busy with, an official video has also been produced so hit the play button below!

Problem Child | Energy

The self titled track is up next Confessions Of A Normal Human Being kicks off with a slower beat, allowing Dabbla, Dubbledge & Illaman to lay down a slower verses than normal - airing out modern day obsessions, and how distracted we our with pointless situations, problems - as Dabbla says, "Seeing what I'm saying, Saying What I'm Seeing". Fireman Sam is track three and jumps back into the fast paced style Problem Child has perfected, building the hype through out the track and executing their rhymes with ease. Fully Fledged features Dabbla riding Sumgii's quirky, retro and neck jerking beat on his ones with riddems that'll make your body move in positions you didn't think were possible, sober or not. Fully Fledged is also accompanied by an Official video so check it out below!

Problem Child | Fully Fledged

Sleeping features a dream like beat oozing tranquil vibes with a few touches of eerire sounds throughout, Problem Child ignites it with on point pen game covering an array of subject matters. Sheep features that classic Problem Child production, causing havoc with the hectic beat and throbbing base, laced with antagonistic pen game, a classic example of what these boys do best. Illaman goes in on Woddle on his own controlling the beat with his versatile delivery and flow to create an underground club banger, the hook alone will have you swaying on a drunkard vibe.

Skipping a couple of tracks (go get your copy below and support these heads!) we hit number 11 titled Ever Seen A Problem Child which hits us with another killer hook and then Problem Child get suited and booted to prove why they're one of the most stand out cliks in the scene, from the production to the glitchy flows - these boys have it on lock. Sumgii ups the levels with his production yet again on Skank with trap style banger concocted with retro sound effects while Problem Child spit about their mental lifestyles of partys, alcohol and drugs. UFO delves into airing issues around emcees who think they're ahead of the game whereas they're more like Tesco basic, to get their point across they use plenty of UFO references and metaphors through out the track. The last track on the album is Quickting and we're going to cut the review short, there's plenty of bangers we haven't covered so make sure you grab yourself a copy!

We hope you've enjoyed our full length review of Problem Childs latest album 'Confessions Of A Normal Human Being' and if it's not already in your hip hop catalog then this is your chance of redemption, grab yourself a copy from their official bandcamp page below!
