The powerhouse label HighFocus still show no signs of slowing down, in fact 2015 might be their best year yet! Busy in the lab finishing off multiple projects the next one has finally arrived for our ear drums! That would be the ultra smooth Verb T and beat master Illinformeds collaborative album The Man With Foggy Eyes featuring a whopping 19 tracks! We've been luckily enough to receive the album early, so let's get our review poppin!

Opening up with the album is Foggy Eyes which features hypnotic pianos on the production, as Verb brings his signature style to the forefront, drenching your frontal lobe as he paints vivid scenes with his pengame.

Next up is a short Prelude with a jazz fest from Illinformed, aligning a flawless beat for Verb T to ride, he quickly reflects on his past/desires to keep progressing and never give up. Prelude flows perfectly into the third track titled Rolex Dreams featuring a soulful beat by Illinformed, Verb T is joined by Leaf to bring their old "wants" to the forefront of the track! Informing you what they used to want from the Rap game, until wising up and realizing what truly matters to them as artists. Illinformed brings a bag of jazz infused vibes on Somebody Has To Pay with Verb T lacing it with a smooth tranquil flow concocting strong chemistry between these two artists.

Fuck It Up follows next and instantly ups the ante as Verb T further shows his versatility and consistency on beat! One of the stand out tracks for us, highly relevant to everyone's day to day lives! Next up is I Don't Understand which takes a trip through Verb T's mind and thought set as he tries to make sense of the situation First Stone features gritty neck snapping production that sets Verb T up flawlessly to bombard the beat with an onslaught of metaphors with his potent flow. Check out the official video for First Stone below!

Forgiveness keeps that truthful and relevant vibe going, featuring a beat that's made for cotching after a slave shift. Alongside Verb T is Moreone and Smellington Piff and together the trio engulf the beat with verses seeking Forgiveness! Slightly Unhinged takes shots at the materialistic lifestyles we're all force fed since birth, constantly being told what to buy and what to need! Nothing but solid penmanship and content here! It also flawlessly leads us onto the next track! The 10th track from The Man With The Foggy Eyes is Vanitylaunching an attack on the vanity driven society we're all trapped in, dissecting the brain dead manikins that seem to be taking over!
