The Shadow People

The Shadow People is an underground UK hip hop project created by Trellion, Figment, and producer Third Person Lurkin (TPL), released through Sheffield's Bad Taste Records. Blending surreal storytelling, hazy boom bap production, and densely layered lyricism, the trio crafted a cult classic that has become one of the UK's most revered underground hip hop releases.

Drawing on the chemistry first established through Deadbeat and Trellion's Dive By Night, The Shadow People built its own cryptic mythology and remains a landmark project in the Bad Taste catalogue.
