Thomas Conning was born on the 11th of January 1981 otherwise known as Verb T is a uk hip hop artist and producer from London. Verb T has worked with many other hip hop legends such as Jehst, Sway, Harry love and many more.

Verb T has a unique style and lyrical outlook incorporating classic 90's U.S hip hop with his own unique flow. Verb T's subject matter covers many topics such as Social awareness, paranoia, drug addiction and self improvement.

In 2012 Verb T had his first released on one of the most known UK hip hop labels 'Low Life Records' with Harry Love titled 'Showbitchness'. Verb T soon after began started to record a full time project with Kashmere who Verbs recently started touring with. They released the album which was titled 'Backhand Slap Talk' which led to Verb T & Kashmere touring the United Kingdom and they also went over seas to France, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Holland, Greece, Switerland and the USA.
