Black The Ripper aka Samson, real name Dean West is an up and coming highly respected hip hop and Grime Mc from Edmonton N18, North London. Black The Ripper is a solo artist but has done collaborations with Cookie G, Moony and Chipmunk which can be found on the Motivation Music Series.

Samson has released two solo mix tapes titled "Black Is Beautiful" and "Holla Black", he touches on many political subjects such as revolution, racism, police, capitalism, education systems, governmental suppression and the prison systems.
