Harry Love
Harry Love is a highly influential British hip-hop producer and DJ, best known for shaping the sound of the UK underground scene in the early 2000s. Emerging from London’s Low Life Records movement, he became renowned for his gritty boom-bap production, built from dusty soul and jazz samples, hard-hitting drums, and deep basslines. Harry Love produced classic tracks for artists such as Jehst, Klashnekoff, Verb T, and Blak Twang.
His most celebrated full-length project isBring It Back To Basics, a producer/MC collaboration with Verb T that is widely regarded as a modern UK hip-hop classic. Although he has produced relatively few complete albums, Harry Love’s individual beats have had a lasting impact on British hip hop, earning him a reputation as one of the finest boom-bap producers the UK has produced.
