Blah Records is one of the UK's most influential independent hip hop labels, playing a pivotal role in shaping the modern British underground rap scene. Founded in 2006 by Lee Scott and DJ Molotov (Alex Jennings), the label was originally created to release music from Children of the Damned, the collective that later evolved into the acclaimed Cult of the Damned. Since its inception, Blah Records has built a reputation for championing uncompromising lyricism, innovative production, and complete artistic independence.

Over the years, Blah Records has developed an extensive catalogue spanning hip hop, boom bap, alternative rap, and experimental sounds. The label has been home to some of the UK's most celebrated underground artists, including Lee Scott, Black Josh, Jam Baxter, Milkavelli, Bill Shakes, Sly Moon, CLBRKS, Stinkin Slumrok, Lunar C, Cult of the Damned, and many more. Known for its distinctive visual identity and loyal fanbase, Blah continues to release critically acclaimed albums, vinyl editions, merchandise, and collaborative projects while remaining fiercely artist-led and independent.

Today, Blah Records is widely regarded as a cornerstone of UK underground hip hop, with a legacy built on originality, creativity, and supporting artists who consistently push the boundaries of British rap culture.
